In
2012 Volkswagen de Mexico awarded SANDEN International (USA), Inc. with the
prestigious "VW Group Award". On this occasion, SANDEN International
(USA), Inc. was the only A/C system related supplier earning the award.
Some Land Rover Freelander and Land Rover LR2 are built with the same air conditioning compressor. The Original
Equipment Manufacturer Numbers (OEM numbers) are Land Rover 9G9N-19D629-EA.
The air-conditioning system of these vehicles was assembled with a
Sanden PXC16 compressor. Manufacturer numbers: Sanden 1654, 1654P.
These
ac units seem to be interchangeable.
